Limited Government: A Foundation of Liberty (Term Limits)

I will fight to reduce/limit government

A restrained government is not a radical idea—it’s the very bedrock on which our republic was built. The Founding Fathers warned against unchecked power, recognizing that liberty thrives only when the state is small and accountable. As Thomas Jefferson put it: “The government that governs least, governs best.” This isn’t just a sentiment—it’s a call to restore personal sovereignty and decentralize authority. By limiting government’s reach, we preserve individual freedom, encourage innovation, and empower communities to make decisions that reflect their values—not mandates from far-off bureaucrats. A leaner government is a freer people—and that’s the future we fight for.

Term Limits

I support term limits because public service should be about serving the people—not building personal empires.

No one should enter office with modest means and leave a millionaire. That’s not governance; that’s profiteering.

Even our Founding Fathers understood the dangers of entrenched power. Under the Articles of Confederation, delegates were limited to three years of service in any six-year period, a safeguard designed to prevent corruption and ensure fresh leadership. Thomas Jefferson himself warned that “whenever a man has cast a longing eye on offices, a rottenness begins in his conduct”. He feared that without rotation, public office would become a lifetime pursuit of self-interest rather than a temporary duty of honor.

While the final Constitution didn’t mandate term limits, many founders believed frequent elections and civic virtue would keep power in check. But today, we see career politicians clinging to office for decades, disconnected from the people they claim to represent.

It’s time to restore the spirit of the Republic. Term limits would reinvigorate our democracy, reduce corruption, and remind every elected official that they are stewards—not rulers.

Parents Rights

Parents know best.

As both a political candidate and a parent, I believe families—not bureaucrats—should have the final say in decisions that affect their children’s education, health, and well-being. Our country is built on the principle of individual freedom, and that begins at home. I will champion policies that put parents back in the driver’s seat, where they belong.

School choice empowers families.

Every child deserves access to a quality education tailored to their unique needs, regardless of zip code. I fully support expanding options like charter schools, homeschooling, private institutions, and voucher programs. Parents should be able to choose the learning environment that aligns with their values and helps their child thrive—without interference or punishment from the state.

Medical freedom is a cornerstone of parental rights.

I oppose one-size-fits-all vaccine mandates that strip families of their ability to make informed decisions about their children’s health. As a parent myself, I know firsthand how important it is to preserve the right to make these choices with care and confidence. I will fight for transparency, informed consent, and the right to refuse medical interventions without fear of discrimination or exclusion.

The role of government should be support—not control.

I will work to ensure that parental voices are heard loud and clear in school boards, healthcare policy, and beyond. Whether it’s curriculum transparency, mental health services, or moral guidance, I trust parents to lead—and I’ll defend that trust with every vote I cast.

Taxation is Theft: A Vision for True Freedom in West Virginia

In the heart of West Virginia, where the mountains stand as a symbol of untamed spirit and resilience, a movement is rising—one that dares to challenge the status quo and redefine the relationship between citizen and state. I am not just a candidate. I am a voice for the people who work hard, dream big, and believe that prosperity should not come with a price tag enforced by bureaucracy. My mission is simple and uncompromising: end income and property taxes in West Virginia.

Why? Because taxation, in its current form, is not a civic duty—it is legalized theft. When the fruits of your labor are siphoned away without consent, when your home—your sanctuary—is leveraged for government revenue, freedom becomes conditional. The government was meant to serve, not to shackle. Your paycheck, your land, your aspirations should not be held hostage by the very institution that claims to represent you.

Ending income tax means unleashing the full potential of West Virginia’s workforce. It means entrepreneurs keeping more capital to invest, families seeing more money stay in their pockets, and a state economy that rewards initiative instead of punishing success. Abolishing property tax means restoring the sanctity of ownership—your home, your land, your legacy should not carry an annual ransom note from the county assessor.
This isn’t about anarchism or chaos. It’s about responsible governance that respects your autonomy. Revenue can be generated ethically, transparently, and voluntarily—through consumption models and user-based systems that don’t coerce but invite participation. Let West Virginia lead the way. Let us be the first to say: no more compromise, no more quiet acquiescence. Taxation is theft—and we are taking back what’s ours.

Civil Asset Forfeiture

If elected, I will take decisive action to eliminate the unconstitutional practice of civil asset forfeiture—a policy that has long eroded the bedrock principles of justice and property rights in America. This practice traces its roots to British maritime law in the 1600s, when the Crown seized ships and cargo under the Navigation Acts, often without charging the owners with any wrongdoing. These abuses were among the grievances that fueled the American Revolution, as colonists rebelled against arbitrary seizures and the denial of due process.

Yet despite our founding ideals, the U.S. government later adopted similar tactics—using forfeiture to fund wars, enforce Prohibition, and, most aggressively, to prosecute the War on Drugs beginning in the 1980s. What began as a tool to target drug kingpins has devolved into a system that routinely punishes innocent citizens, often without trial, and disproportionately affects low-income and minority communities.

I believe it's time to end this cycle of injustice. Civil asset forfeiture violates the Fourth, Fifth, and Eighth Amendments and undermines the very freedoms our nation was built upon. As James Madison once wrote, “Government is instituted no less for the protection of the property than of the persons of individuals.” I will fight for legislation that restores due process, demands transparency, and ensures that no American loses their property without a fair trial. The government should never profit from presumption—it must be held to the highest standards of justice.
