Refund Policy

In accordance with Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations, all political contributions are final and non-refundable. Contributions to political campaigns are not the same as purchases and are not subject to standard consumer refund protections. By making a donation, you acknowledge this policy.

Use of Donor Data

Your personal information (name, address, occupation, employer) is collected as required by federal election law. The FEC requires campaigns to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Your data will not be sold to third parties.

Contribution Limits

Federal law limits individual contributions to $3,300 per election to a candidate committee. Contributions in the name of another are prohibited. Corporate, labor organization, and national bank contributions are also prohibited.

FEC Reporting

This campaign committee is required to file regular reports with the FEC disclosing contributions received and expenditures made. Your contribution may be included in public filings if it meets the disclosure threshold.
